Do you know someone who is deserving of an award because of their work in prevention? We invite you to nominate them for one of our 2009 APNet awards. We have four we will be giving out this year. All you have to do is download the nomination form for the appropriate award and e-mail it to the Awards Committee at apnetawards@arkansaspreventionnetwork.org
Jim Smith Lifetime Achievement Award - Recognize some one who has worked in the field of Prevention or influenced the field for at least 15 or more years, and has strong character and dedicated to the prevention field
Preventionist of the Year Award - Recognize someone for their hard work, dedication and accomplishments in the field of prevention within the past year. This person should be working in the field of prevention and be an APNet member.
Community Award - Recognize a coalition or individual for their hard work and dedication within the last two years, that may otherwise be overlooked or not even considered preventionists.
Outstanding Newcomer of the Year - This is a new award that recognizes someone for their hard work, dedication and accomplishments in the field of prevention. This award goes to a newcomer, which is someone that has worked in the prevention field for no more than two years and is an APNet member.
