3. Tax and Regulate the Sale of Alcopops* as Distilled Spirits
4. Obtain Statewide Participation in the Arkansas Prevention Needs Assessment Survey
5. Increase Penalties for Providing Alcohol to a Minor
6. Expand Data Collection and Collection and Reporting Requirements for all Juvenile Alcohol-Related Arrests and Incidents

*Alcopops are sweet, fruity-tasting alcoholic beverages, which are made with distilled spirits and typically have an alcohol content higher than most beer.
